5.1 QR Code Generation. The Service allows you to generate QR codes for various content types including URLs, vCards, WiFi credentials, and more.

5.2 Dynamic QR Codes. Premium users can create dynamic QR codes that allow changing destinations without altering the QR code image.

5.3 Analytics. Certain plans include scan analytics including location, device type, and timing information.

5.4 Service Availability. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

6.1 Subscription Plans. The Service offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans with different features and limits.

6.2 Billing. All payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal. You authorize recurring billing for subscription plans.

6.3 Free Trial. Some plans may offer free trials. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless cancelled.

6.4 Refunds. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. Contact support for refund requests.

6.5 Price Changes. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Current subscribers are grandfathered until renewal.

7. User Content

7.1 Ownership. You retain ownership of content you upload or encode in QR codes.

7.2 License Grant. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content to provide the Service.

7.3 Generated QR Codes. You own the QR codes you generate. You may use them commercially.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
• Interfere with Service operation or security
• Attempt to access unauthorized data or accounts
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Rights. The Service, software, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors.

9.2 Your Rights. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

9.3 Feedback. You grant us a perpetual license to use any feedback or suggestions you provide.

10. Analytics & Privacy

11. Termination

11.1 By You. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11.2 By Us. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Free QR codes remain accessible.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Kuwaiti courts.
